Khutul Cement & Lime Co – Cement Lime PL dry processing line project

In 2014, we have successfully completed the integration of the second processing line for dry processing facility of Khutul Cement & Lime Company, introducing technological innovations, infrastructure and management.

With the introduction of dry processing lines, the production capacity of the facility is increased by 235%, outputting 108 tons compared to its previous 46 tons. Furthermore, the new dry processing technology is highly efficient, reducing electricity consumption by 45%, thus lowering the electricity required to produce one-ton cement from 180kWt to 100kWt. The new technology enables the company to reduce its toxic emissions and help preserve the environment.
