TDB New HQ project

Since 2018, we have been providing engineering consultancy services for the “Headquarters of Trade and Development Bank” project on which Riverstone Properties and China State Construction Mongolia are working as developers. This project comprising of 28 story has 3 basement levels that sits on -20 meters deep into the ground. The tower is one of the first structures in Mongolia to have fully complied with Asian and International ISO standards. Project participants consist of well-known global companies such as Jones Lang Laselle, China State Construction, Currie and Brown.
